REFUNDS
Return and refund eligibility differs by product type. Review your category below before submitting a request.
All physical merchandise — apparel, gear, patches, stickers, and any other tangible product — is non-refundable unless received damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for fit issues, preference changes, or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
All digital products — including but not limited to Directives, Protocols, downloadable guides, and any other digital content — are final sale. No refunds are issued under any circumstances once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted. This policy exists because digital content cannot be returned. If you have questions about what a directive covers before purchasing, contact us first.
If you received a damaged physical item, open a line through our contact page. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted without documentation will not be processed. We will respond within 2–3 business days to verify and resolve the issue.
Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment processing, it cannot be cancelled. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once access has been issued. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order via the contact page — reference your order number.
VESPYR Systems reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or replacements at its sole discretion in the event of extraordinary circumstances, systemic fulfillment failures, or errors on our part. These exceptions are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed. Contact us if you believe your situation warrants review.
