SHIPPING
POLICY

All orders are processed and fulfilled from our operations facility. Review timelines below before placing your order.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking notification to the email address provided at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT

Pre-order items are subject to extended fulfillment timelines. Orders placed during an active pre-order window will ship within 1–3 weeks from the date the pre-order closes — not from the date of your individual purchase. The pre-order close date is communicated on the product page and via email. We do not ship partial orders; if your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & METHODS

VESPYR ships via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the most reliable and timely delivery to your address. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery timelines following dispatch vary by destination and carrier performance, and are estimates only. VESPYR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been handed off for shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability varies by region and product type. Where available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost paid at checkout. VESPYR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe following the tracking-confirmed dispatch date, contact us at contact@vespyrsystems.com. Include your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. VESPYR is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you identify an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@vespyrsystems.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
